Energy Ombudsman Advisory Council
An Energy Ombudsman Advisory Council operates to provide expert advice to the Minister for Mines and Energy and the Energy Ombudsman on the effective and efficient conduct and operation of the Queensland Energy Ombudsman Scheme. This advice helps to ensure that the Scheme is administered in a manner which is fair and just to energy consumers who are in dispute with their energy supplier, and with the entities who supply energy in the Queensland electricity and gas markets.
