Electricity Distribution and Service Delivery for the 21 st Century is an independent review of Queensland's electricity system. The report provides an overview of the state of Queensland's distribution network, including an assessment of reliability, capital and operating expenditure, and whether those factors will ensure reliable networks for the 21st Century.

A Detailed Report which contains a full description of the Terms of Reference, Panel considerations, findings and recommendations is available, along with a Summary Report which describes the key issues from the Detailed Report, including a full listing of the Independent Panel's recommendations.
