Coal Production and Distribution Statistical Forms
Mines should submit production returns (Forms S1.1, S1.2, S1.3 or S1.4) from the time they engage employees in terms of the Coal Mining Industry (Production and Engineering) Interim Consent Award - September 1990, or any subsequent award, for the purpose of coal production or pre stripping of overburden, or for development prior to the production of coal.
