# also includes an EM survey, line spacing 250-400m, height 120m, 10 410 line km

The Anakie survey was flown at 60m height above ground and Walsh-Red River at 100m. All subsequent surveys were flown at 80m. Spacing at 400m unless otherwise stated.

Open file data

It is a requirement that all airborne mineral exploration geophysical data are submitted to the Department within one year of acquisition. Once these data are made open file, they are available to the public.

The data can be ordered from sales or geophysics (07 3362 9357) for 'cost of provision'. The availability of open file data can be seen in the Interactive Resource and Tenure Maps.

Company gravity data

Similarly open file company gravity data is included in the National Gravity Data Base and can be downloaded from GADDS.

Availability

Airborne geophysical data are available as line located data as self-extracting zip ASCII files and grids as ERMAPPER grid files. Gravity data for Queensland is incorporated into the National  Gravity Database. Both can be downloaded from the Geoscience Australia website's Geophysical Archive Data Delivery System (GADDS). Data can also be purchased from the Department of Mines and Energy, for 'cost of provision'.

To order, view pricing and print out the order form (PDF, 28 kB), and send to Sales, Level 2, Mineral House, 41 George Street, Brisbane 4000 (PO Box 15216 City East Qld 4002), fax to +61 7 3221 9517, or contact Sales on +61 7 3237 1434.
