Fatal and serious accidents - mining warden inquiries

Inquiries into fatal and serious accidents prior to March 2001 were carried out by the mining warden in the mining warden's court. Available historic records of these inquiries are presented in the interests of improving safety and health in the mining industry.

Coroners' mining fatality inquiries since that date may be included in the Coroner Inquests which details all coronial inquests in Queensland, not just mining fatality inquests.
