The Native Title Unit is the first point of contact to assist in accessing land that is subject, or may be subject, to native title or Aboriginal land by facilitating negotiations between applicants and stakeholders to expedite the use of that land for minerals, coal, petroleum and geothermal exploration and production tenure.
